Job Title: Patient Care Coordinator - Theatre Support

Location: Nuffield Health Tunbridge Wells Hospital, Tunbridge Wells

Salary: £23,887.50 per annum

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic individual to join our team as a Patient Care Coordinator - Theatre Support. As a key member of our theatre team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standard of patient care.

In this dynamic and fast-paced environment, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and experience, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide exceptional care to patients undergoing major and minor surgeries.

  • Create a positive experience for patients undergoing surgical procedures.

  • Work collaboratively with our theatre team to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Support our team in delivering high standards of care.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, a flexible approach, and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional patient care.

You will be qualified to NVQ Level 2 or 3, with relevant experience in an acute hospital or care setting. Your ability to empathize with patients and their families, combined with your enthusiasm for learning and growth, will make you an ideal candidate for this role.
