About the Role

Care Fertility is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Embryologist to join our team at our Tunbridge Wells clinic. As a Clinical Scientist in Embryology, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our fertility treatments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine embryological duties, including semen analysis, sperm preparation, and embryo transfer
  • Ensure the highest standard of patient care at all times
  • Maintain accurate records of all clinical activities performed
  • Collaborate with the multi-disciplinary team to coordinate treatment cycles and provide excellent patient care
  • Participate in quality control procedures and adhere to laboratory policies and protocols

Requirements

  • State registration as a Clinical Scientist
  • ICSI training and experience
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information
