About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Scientist in Embryology to join our team at Care Fertility. As a key member of our laboratory team, you will be responsible for performing a range of routine embryological duties, including ICSI and embryo biopsy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the highest standard of patient care at all times.
  • Perform all routine embryological duties, including semen analysis, sperm preparation, and embryo transfer.
  • Assist in maintaining the Diagnostic Semen Analysis service to UKAS standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of all clinical activities performed.
  • Participate in regular unit, clinical, and laboratory meetings.
  • Comply with laboratory quality control procedures and policies.
  • Ensure adherence to Care SOPs and policies, COSHH, and the HFEA Code of Practice.
Requirements
  • State registration as a Clinical Scientist in Embryology.
  • ICSI training and experience.
  • Biopsy training is desirable but not essential.
