About Us: FareShare is a leading national network of charitable food redistributors, dedicated to reducing food waste and supporting vulnerable communities. With 18 independent organisations working together, we take surplus food from across the food industry and distribute it to over 8,500 frontline charities and community groups.

Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Partnership Manager to join our team in Knowsley, Liverpool. This exciting new role will be based at the Coronation Food Project (CFP) HUB and will focus on developing and managing key partnerships with corporate donors, trusts, and foundations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive partnership strategy to drive revenue growth and increase awareness of FareShare's work.
  • Maintain and build strong relationships with existing partners, ensuring a seamless transition of new partnerships into long-term supporters.
  • Identify and pursue new corporate funding opportunities through targeted research and networking.
  • Manage a pipeline of prospective partners and stakeholders, providing exceptional stewardship and relationship management.
  • Lead on securing and negotiating high-value partnerships, resulting in exceptional outcomes for the organisation.
  • Develop and maintain systems and processes to track partner engagement, donations, and other relevant data.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience of delivering significant partnerships at scale in a charity or commercial environment.
  • Proven ability to develop and manage multiple complex projects, meeting deadlines and budgets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate at all levels.
  • A commitment to equal opportunities and an understanding of charity legislation and best practice.

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
