About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Construction Law Advisor to join our team at Clarke Energy. As a key member of our commercial function, you will provide wide-ranging legal support to our business.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in non-contentious construction law and experience working with standard forms of construction contracts. You will be responsible for negotiating capital sales contracts, sub-contracts, and operation and maintenance agreements, ensuring that they accurately reflect the agreed commercial proposal.

In this role, you will work closely with our Senior Legal Counsel and Commercial Manager to ensure that projects are implemented and managed in accordance with signed contracts. You will also provide support and guidance on contractual disputes and assist in the negotiation of certain operation and maintenance and parts supply agreements.
