Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor - Housing Projects

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our client's team, a family-owned contractor with a strong focus on new build and refurbishment housing projects across Merseyside and the wider North West.

The ideal candidate will have experience in cost control, value management strategies, and commercial aspects of construction projects. They will oversee project budgets, manage cash flow, and provide guidance on contractual issues.

Responsibilities:
- Cost control and value management strategies.
- Monthly forecasts, CVRs, and Profit & Loss statements.
- Oversee the commercial aspects of the project.
- Manage cash flow.
- Manage subcontractor payments.
- Provide guidance on contractual issues.

What We Offer:
A competitive salary of £80,000-£100,000 per annum, depending on experience.
