About the Role

We are looking for a Building Design and Construction Lead to join our team at QVC UK. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for developing a network of third-party design, construction & project management partners in the UK market.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Developing a project specification, business planning analysis, budget development, and resource assignment
  • High-level project scheduling, layout designs, and building systems functionality
  • Leveraging procurement support, including RFPs, purchase orders, and contracts

The ideal candidate will have experience in construction, renovation, and industrial and governmental regulations. You will also need to have budget management skills, ICT skills, and willingness to travel to other QVC UK locations as required.

The estimated salary for this position is around £70,000-£90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
