They are recruiting for an Administrator to join their business, based in Knowsley.
Duties to include:
Assist with administrative tasks related to project schedules, documentation, and resource allocation.
Serve as a point of contact, ensuring smooth communication and processing of orders.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations by maintaining up-to-date records of safety reports, inspections, and certifications.
Manage the schedules of senior management, project managers, and site supervisors, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
Schedule and organize meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
Handle phone calls, emails, and written communication related to project activities and general company matters.
