You will be treading new ground in this exciting role, which will enable you to utilise your skills within Health and Social work equally (if applicable) you will be offering a personalised response to emerging needs, working in partnership with children, families and other agencies within the Universal Partnership Plus level of intervention. You will work alongside other agencies, to ensure optimal outcomes are achieved, enabling our children and families to thrive in Knowsley.

You will work in partnership with our Health Visitors to deliver the Healthy Child Programme. Our dedicated, innovative and forward-thinking Health Visiting Service has a positive impact on the health and wellbeing of families in our communities.

The post requires good communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to be adaptable, reliable, compassionate and approachable. You will need to have strong interpersonal and leadership skills, be flexible, solution focused and support service development.

You will work as part of an integrated 0-25 team and will be required to support the delivery of the Healthy Child Programme. You will be responsible for supporting the universal partnership and partnership plus families.

As a Strengthening Families Practitioner in the 0-25 Service and a key stakeholder in the protection of children, you will be required to work collaboratively with other agencies to meet children's and family needs. You will have a passion to drive positive change for families and have a good knowledge of the components of clinical governance, risk management, audits and relevant professional codes.
