Family Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Support Worker to join our team at Service Care Solutions. This position is ideal for someone with a passion for making a difference in the lives of families and children, offering critical support services in a caring and professional environment.
Salary: £22 per hour inclusive of holiday pay
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate positive interactions between family members while adhering to safeguarding policies.
- Support children and families with their specific needs, helping to strengthen family relationships.
- Work collaboratively with social workers, managers, and other team members to ensure effective service delivery.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in social care, family support, or a related field (qualifications not required, but experience is essential).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with children and families effectively.
- Knowledge of safeguarding practices and the ability to apply these principles during family sessions.
