Job Description

As a Family Support Specialist with Service Care Solutions Ltd, you will play a vital role in supporting families with complex needs. Your key responsibilities will include conducting holistic assessments, developing outcome-focused family plans, and delivering evidence-based interventions.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Conduct holistic Early Help assessments using the Signs of Safety/Wellbeing model.
  • Develop outcome-focused family plans tailored to meet individual needs.
  • Deliver evidence-based interventions, including parenting programs and issue-based sessions.

**Requirements:**

  • Proven experience in working with families and children with complex needs.
  • Strong understanding of multi-agency working and knowledge of interventions supporting family well-being.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills, with a focus on safeguarding and risk management.
