Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Nurse Practitioner to join our Community Enhanced Rehabilitation Team as a Senior Clinical Lead. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, where you will have the chance to make a real difference in the lives of patients and families affected by mental illness.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of healthcare professionals, ensuring that patients receive high-quality, patient-centered care. You will work closely with other healthcare teams, including social workers, occupational therapists, and doctors, to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues. You will be a skilled leader, able to motivate and inspire your team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
About the Role:
This is a full-time position, working 37.5 hours per week. The salary for this role is £38,890 - £44,041 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including pension scheme, annual leave, and training opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Work closely with other healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
- Provide regular clinical supervision and mentorship to junior staff
- Ensure safe management of medicines and adhere to NMC code of professional conduct
Requirements:
- Registered on the appropriate part of the NMC register
- Post-registration training in relevant field
- Leadership/Management training
- Experience of mentorship, supervision, and coordination of staff
- Relevant National policies and guidance
