Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our Adult ADHD Service. The successful candidate will have a Master's degree and current NMC registration.

Main Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Formulate assessment and care planning systems with the multi-disciplinary team.">
  • Manage a caseload within the Adult ADHD team.">
  • Carry out generic and specialist assessments, including risk and provide therapeutic interventions.">
  • Develop and implement integrated care pathways, including service user assessments/referrals and models of care.">
  • Ensure safe medicine management and adhere to professional conduct and trust codes.">

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • ">
  • NMC registration.">
  • Master's Degree.">
  • Post-registration experience working with learning disabilities.">
  • Experience working with staff teams, providing consultancy and clinical supervision.">
