Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Endoscopy Team at Mersey and West Lancashire Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a talented team of Healthcare Professionals. Our Endoscopy Unit provides a range of services including upper and lower Endoscopy, ERCPs, bronchoscopy, and EBUS.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a team. They will also have the ability to maintain accurate patient information and records, ensuring confidentiality in line with Trust Policies.

Main Duties:
  • To supervise training of healthcare assistants and junior staff members as required.
  • To coach and act as a mentor/preceptor to junior nurses and healthcare assistants.
  • To monitor efficient staff development/training dashboard to achieve good performance management.

We offer a competitive salary of £32,000 - £43,041 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for career progression and professional development.
