Nursing Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Nurse to join our team at Mersey Care, a leading provider of physical and mental health services in the North West. As a Senior Nursing Lead, you will be responsible for leading our clinical teams in providing high-quality care to patients across our region.
The ideal candidate will have significant experience in clinical practice at a senior level and a proven track record of delivering innovation and quality in clinical practice. They will also possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to reflect on experience and generate a learning culture.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead clinical teams in providing high-quality care to patients
- Develop and implement nursing interventions that support the clinical pathway for patients in the Community Care Division
- Enhance service user experience by monitoring and developing service user feedback and engagement
- Lead on the development and evaluation of policies/protocols for advancing nursing practice in the Community Care Division
Requirements:
- Degree-level education or equivalent knowledge
- Significant experience in clinical practice at a senior level
- Evidence of post-registration study/continuing professional development
- Ability to evidence required core competencies at senior management level
Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience
