Main Responsibilities:
As a Nurse/Care Practitioner, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, developing, implementing and evaluating programmes to promote and prevent adverse effects on health and well-being.
You will also be responsible for identifying and managing treatment plans for patients at risk, prioritising health problems and intervening appropriately to assist the patient in complex, urgent or emergency situations.

Salary: £32,245 - £41,787 per annum (dependent on experience)
