Senior Mental Health Practitioner

**Job Summary:** We are looking for a highly skilled Advanced Nurse to join our team as a Nurse Leader in Community Care. As a Senior Mental Health Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance to colleagues, developing and implementing care plans, and ensuring the safe delivery of services.
The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a community setting, possess excellent leadership and communication skills, and be able to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team. If you are a motivated and caring individual who is passionate about providing high-quality care, we encourage you to apply.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide leadership and guidance to colleagues
- Develop and implement care plans
- Ensure safe delivery of services
- Participate in case supervision and monitor standards of service user care
- Support the formulation and implementation of clinical and operational practices
**Required Qualifications and Experience:**
- Registered on the appropriate part of the NMC register
- Post-registration training in relevant field
- Leadership/Management training
- Experience of working in a community setting
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
**Estimated Salary:** £39,000 - £46,000 per annum
