Adult Mental Health Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Mental Health Nurse to join our Crisis Response Team. The successful candidate will provide high standards of evidence-based client-centred care to children and young people with mental health problems within the THRIVE Framework for service delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Provide interventions, advice, consultation, and supervision to colleagues and external partner agencies in line with THRIVE and clinical competency.
- Work in partnership with children, young people, and their families to promote safe practice, value service user aims, and offer meaningful choice.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of the highest professional standards of practice through active participation in internal and external CPD training.
- Participate in research, evaluation, and audit to monitor standards, quality, and consumer reaction to the provision of services.
- Registered Core Profession Social Work or Nurse with up-to-date professional registration.
- Experience of working with CAMHS, mentorship, supervision, and co-ordination of staff.
- Knowledge of the Recovery Model, Mental Health Act (1983), Effective Care Coordination, and relevant National policies and guidance.
