Adult Autism Care Coordinator

**Job Opportunity**
As an Adult Autism Care Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting autistic adults in their journey towards better mental health. Our team is dedicated to providing person-centred care, and we are looking for a skilled professional to join us.
About the Role:
- You will be responsible for managing a defined caseload of clients under the supervision of the Clinical Lead.
- Collaborate with mental health professionals to offer the best possible care for individuals struggling with mental health difficulties.
- Attend MDT meetings and contribute professional expertise.
- Document findings and share them with other professionals to ensure continuity of care.
Qualifications and Experience:
- A registered nurse or AHP qualification with current registration.
- Further qualifications relevant to ASC, including training in delivery of ASC diagnostic assessments.
- Proven experience working with people with autism, vulnerable adults, and mental health difficulties.
Salary and Benefits:
- A competitive salary ranging from £40,000 to £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
