Job Description:
The post holder will work as a specialist Occupational Therapist in inpatient mental health at Clock View Hospital, Halton and Knowsley Resource Centre. The main responsibilities of the job are to provide professional, up-to-date interventions within a designated Occupational Therapy Service and assist in organisational development, coordination and evaluation of the service.

The estimated salary for this role is £38,000 - £48,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Providing assessment and intervention for service users residing within inpatient services in the Mental health care division
  • Experience in providing supervision and mentorship to others
  • Post graduate training or equivalent experience
  • Clinical educator training
  • Demonstrating the application of research and evidence-based practice within the specialist field
  • Understanding of local, national, professional guidance
