Job Description

As an Occupational Therapist in our inpatient mental health services, you will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care to service users.

You will be responsible for assessing and intervening with service users, as well as contributing to the development of our services.

A key aspect of this role will be your ability to provide supervision and mentorship to other staff members, helping to develop their skills and confidence.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Degree level qualification in Occupational Therapy
  • Registration with HCPC (or in the process of obtaining if newly qualified)
  • Membership of professional body
  • Experience of OT functional assessment including activity analysis
  • Experience of successful team working
  • Experience of liaison with internal and external services and agencies

Salary and Career Progression

The salary for this role is £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
