We are seeking an experienced and skilled Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our Adult ADHD Service in Halton and Knowsley. The successful candidate will operate as part of an integrated team, delivering care within various environments.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and implement assessment and care planning systems with the multi-disciplinary team.
- Manage a case load within the Adult ADHD team, ensuring safe and effective patient care.
- Conduct generic and specialist assessments, providing therapeutic interventions and contributing to integrated care pathways.
- Ensure adherence to safe medicine management practices and principles of administration.
- Responsible for assessing care needs and developing, implementing, and evaluating programmes of care without supervision.
- Nurse registration in Learning Disability or Mental Health.
- Master's Degree or equivalent experience and knowledge.
- Current NMC registration.
