Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Adult Mental Health Practitioner. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing care for service users presenting to the Emergency Department in times of crisis.

You will be part of a dynamic team that provides 24/7 service, working closely with colleagues to deliver high-quality care. As an experienced practitioner, you will have a strong understanding of mental health legislation and be able to apply this knowledge in practice.

About the Job

  • Providing assessment, planning, and implementation of care for service users.
  • Supervising care for service users presenting with complex and high-risk needs.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver high-quality care.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years post-registration experience in mental health.
  • Evidence of leadership and management skills.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Estimated Salary Range: £39,500 - £47,200 per annum
