Education Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Education Support Specialist to join our team at St Margaret Mary's Catholic Infant School. As a Teaching Assistant with Midday duties, you will play a vital role in supporting the learning and development of our pupils.
The successful candidate will have experience in supporting pupils' learning, managing sensory needs, working with children who experience anxiety, and running social emotional literacy interventions. They must also be able to work in partnership with colleagues, other professionals, and families, demonstrating high expectations and standards in learning, teaching, and behaviour.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting pupils' learning and raising standards to ensure they achieve their full potential.
- Working alongside a forward-thinking Senior Leadership team who are dedicated to providing the best outcomes for all of our pupils.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our school community. The salary for this position is approximately £24,790 per annum.
