Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Class Teacher to join our team at GSL Education in Plymouth. As a qualified Primary QTS teacher, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons that cater to diverse student needs.

Your key responsibilities will include assessing student progress regularly, using data to inform instructional decisions, and differentiating instruction to meet individual student needs. You will also participate in professional development opportunities and contribute to the school's improvement initiatives.

  • Teaching Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field (PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification preferred).
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), NQT, or equivalent certification.

You will be working in a dynamic primary school setting, preferably with experience across multiple year groups. A passion for working with children and commitment to promoting their academic, social, and emotional development is essential. Collaborative skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork are also highly valued.

As a successful candidate, you can expect a competitive salary of approximately £28,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on your qualifications and experience.
