Requirements:

To excel in this role, you will need:

Key Technical Skills:

  • Act as the primary customer point of contact, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction
  • Prepare service reports and customer presentations
  • Organise regular customer service reviews and meetings
  • Retain accurate documentation in accordance with the Sword Quality Management System
  • Support the Incident Manager role for major incidents impacting the allocated customer base
