Customer Service Experience Leader

Requirements:
To excel in this role, you will need:
Key Technical Skills:
- Act as the primary customer point of contact, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction
- Prepare service reports and customer presentations
- Organise regular customer service reviews and meetings
- Retain accurate documentation in accordance with the Sword Quality Management System
- Support the Incident Manager role for major incidents impacting the allocated customer base
