Service Advisor

Role Overview
Glasgow Audi is seeking a skilled Service Advisor to join our Aftersales Team, working closely with Vehicle Technicians and the Service Manager to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Booking and scheduling services, MOTs, and repairs for customers
- Providing expert advice on warranty cover and recommending additional parts and accessories
- Liaising with the Aftersales department to manage workload and call volumes
- Managing customer interactions, including phone calls and online booking queries
- Communicating turnaround times and ensuring effective customer communication
- Maintaining accurate customer records and updating systems
Requirements
As a Service Advisor, you will possess excellent communication skills, a warm personality, and a passion for delivering first-class customer experiences. Previous experience with Kerridge/ADP and knowledge of dealer systems are advantageous. You will be a team player with the ability to work independently and use your initiative.
