Key Responsibilities

  • Booking MOTs, services, and other repair work for customers
  • Advising customers on warranty cover and upselling additional parts/accessories
  • Liaising with the Aftersales department to schedule appointments and manage workload
  • Managing a high-volume of customers daily, including telephone calls and online booking queries
  • Informing customers of turnaround times and ensuring effective communication throughout the service process
  • Maintaining accurate customer records and updating systems as necessary

Requirements

We are looking for a Service Advisor with excellent communication skills, a warm personality, and a passion for delivering a first-class customer experience. Previous experience using Kerridge/ADP is an advantage, as well as knowledge of other essential dealer systems.

You will be a great team player, able to work independently and use your own initiative. If you have worked in a similar role within the automotive industry and have a passion for customer service and cars, we want to hear from you.
