We are seeking a Customer Service Advisor to deliver exceptional customer service and support the store's day-to-day operations in Glasgow, United Kingdom.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Assist customers with product selection and provide product knowledge and advice to enhance the shopping experience.
  • Operate the cash register and handle transactions efficiently to minimize wait times.
  • Maintain the store's visual presentation and stock levels to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Assist with stock replenishment and inventory checks to ensure accurate stock levels.
  • Ensure a clean and tidy store environment to maintain a positive image.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets set by the store management to drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in retail or customer service is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Friendly, approachable, and customer-oriented attitude to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays to meet business needs.
  • Basic IT skills for till and stock management systems to efficiently manage store operations.
