Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 with an OTE of £30,800

Lookers Glasgow Audi is seeking a dedicated Service Advisor to join our Aftersales Team. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for booking MOTs, services, and other repair work for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Booking and scheduling appointments
  • Advising customers on warranty cover and upselling additional parts/accessories
  • Liaising with the Aftersales department to organize and schedule appointments
  • Managing customer interactions and resolving issues
  • Maintaining accurate customer records and updating systems

Requirements:

As a Service Advisor, you must have excellent communication skills, a warm personality, and a passion for delivering a first-class customer experience. Previous experience using Kerridge/ADP is an advantage, as well as knowledge of other essential dealer systems.
