Service Advisor Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Service Advisor to join our Aftersales Team at Lookers North Land Rover. As a Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our service department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Booking and managing service appointments, MOTs, and repair work for our customers
- Providing expert advice on warranty cover and recommending additional parts and accessories to enhance the customer experience
- Liaising with the Aftersales department to schedule appointments and manage workload
- Managing a high volume of customer interactions, including telephone calls and online booking queries
- Communicating effectively with customers regarding turnaround times and ensuring seamless communication throughout the service process
- Maintaining accurate customer records and updating systems as necessary
Requirements:
We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical information in a clear and concise manner. Previous experience using Kerridge/ADP or similar dealer systems is advantageous. As a team player, you will be able to work independently and use your initiative to deliver exceptional results.
