At HSBC Global Services Limited, we are seeking a skilled Customer Service Advisor to join our Bereavement Support team. This role requires a high level of compassion and diligence, as you will be responsible for processing initial notifications following the death of a customer and providing support to bereaved families via multiple communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, as well as digital communication and post.
  • Make informed decisions regarding customer and business risk while providing an empathetic and professional service.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, ensuring a fair outcome for all parties.
  • Support the department in meeting key performance indicators, including service levels and operational risk.

Requirements:
