Account Growth Manager

**About the Role**
We are looking for an Account Growth Manager to join our team at Teleflex. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to grow our product portfolio in new and existing hospital & Emergency Services accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and develop targeted sales plans
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues to drive sales growth and revenue objectives
- Identify and capitalize on business opportunities through collaboration with internal teams
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in a multicultural environment
- Excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and ability to complete timely progress reports
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a good level of verbal and written English language proficiency
Estimated Salary:** £50,000 - £65,000 per annum**,** depending on experience. **80% travel required**.
