Job Title: Enterprise Account Growth ManagerCompany Overview

We are a cloud-based platform and app developer, operating globally with endless exciting problems to solve using the best and latest technology.

Responsibilities
  • We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Growth Manager to develop and implement Customer Success Management (CSM) strategies, maintaining and expanding relationships with existing partners.
  • This role involves serving as the lead point of contact for major partners, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • The successful candidate will lead, mentor, and scale the CSM team to deliver exceptional client service and meet sales targets.
  • Collaboration with sales, marketing, product, and operations teams is crucial to align client service strategy and enhance customer experience.
  • Regular reviews of partner accounts will be conducted to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • A deep understanding of partners' needs and expectations from our company is essential.
  • Staying informed about market trends, competitor activities, and new product developments is necessary to advise clients appropriately and maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience from a top 5 university.
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in account management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, preferably in ground transportation, travel, logistics, or related industries.
  • Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders and management globally is required.
  • Proven experience as a successful sales leader, preferably in a high-growth technology company, and part of a company for at least 3 years.
  • Proven experience with Enterprise tech companies for at least 5 years.
  • Annual sales of $30M+ USD is a must.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are essential.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment is necessary.
  • Results and data-driven approach is expected.
  • Travel, transportation, and airline industry experience is a plus.
Estimated Salary

$120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
