About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Account Growth Specialist to join our team at CHASE. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive growth in the musculoskeletal portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential new business opportunities
  • Develop and execute account plans to pursue new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in the private sector and NHS
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining a deep understanding of the market and customer needs

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales or business development roles, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Strong knowledge of the UK healthcare market and regulatory environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of autonomy and flexibility
