A seasoned professional is sought after by Angel Solutions to spearhead our strategic account management efforts. As a Senior Strategic Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving growth and success within our key customer relationships. This includes developing and executing comprehensive strategies to enhance customer engagement, increase product adoption, and foster long-term loyalty.

Your Role:
You will be the primary point of contact for our Multi-Academy Trust clients, providing exceptional support and guidance throughout their journey with us. Key responsibilities include:
  • Developing and implementing tailored account plans to drive business growth and retention.
  • Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and optimal results.
  • Conducting regular reviews and assessments to identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategic adjustments.
  • Fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Cultivating a culture of customer-centricity throughout the organization.

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • A proven track record in SaaS account management, preferably with experience in the education sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and execute effective strategies.
  • Experience with CRM systems and other relevant tools.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.

What We Offer:
In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive a range of benefits, including hybrid working, regular finish early Fridays, innovation days, and ongoing training and qualifications.
