About the Job

We are looking for a highly motivated Account Growth Manager to join our team at LFUK Recruitment Services in Speke.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by developing new areas of spend through identifying sales opportunities across a range of services, ensuring year on year growth.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth by developing new areas of spend through identifying sales opportunities across a range of services.
  • Ensure the achievement of sales and margin targets.
  • Negotiate and retain existing business through proactive calling and secure fixed term agreements.
  • Develop contact cycle in line with KPIs; create and deliver account development plans.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience in outbound Sales/Internal Sales and account management.
  • Demonstrates commitment and motivation to achieve goals and live up to expectations.
  • Displays pride and professionalism and a desire to function well in the job.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to apply multiple factors when arriving at a decision/recommendation.
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office.
