Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Relationship Manager/Institutional Clients to join our sales team in London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through upsells of our products and solutions, as well as maintaining existing accounts.

Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate relationships with clients, identifying opportunities to drive additional revenue.
  • Develop and maintain excellent relationships with internal teams, including Product, Compliance, Legal, AML & Operations.
  • Create account management plans and run Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) for key clients.

Requirements:

We expect you to have at least 4 years of relationship management experience within payments, banking, acquiring or within the merchant division of a key financial services company. You should have strong experience in leading and growing high-value brands or accounts, with a focus on revenue and upsell opportunities.

A competitive salary of £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, plus benefits, reflects your expertise and qualifications.
