King's College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced and skilled nurse to lead its neonatal intensive care unit. As a senior sister, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic and highly reputable multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care.

The successful candidate will have a formal qualification in mentorship or ENB 997/998 or equivalent, as well as current NALs certification. They will also have extensive clinical experience in a neonatal intensive care unit and be able to demonstrate continuing professional development and commitment to the professional development of others.

We are offering a competitive salary of £54,320 - £60,981 per annum, which includes a generous benefits package. You will also have access to ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your leadership and management skills.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating the nursing team, taking continuing responsibility for the management and organisation of the clinical area. You will also be expected to assess care needs, develop and implement programmes of care, and ensure a high standard of nursing care and the well-being of patients at all times.
