Senior Nurse Leader in Neonatal Intensive Care

We are seeking an experienced nurse to lead our team of clinical staff on day and night shifts in our dynamic, highly reputable multidisciplinary team.
Main Responsibilities- To act as a professional role model and lead the nursing team, taking responsibility for the management and organisation of the clinical area.
- To assess care needs, develop, implement and evaluate programmes of care, ensuring a high standard of nursing care and patient well-being at all times.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A registered nurse qualification and a post-registration qualification in mentorship or equivalent.
- Extensive experience in a neonatal intensive care unit, with a strong background in leadership and management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families and healthcare professionals.
- A commitment to continuing professional development and staying up-to-date with current developments and national policies in your clinical specialty.
