Key Responsibilities:
- To lead and manage the neonatal intensive care unit, ensuring that high-quality patient care is provided at all times.
- To develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient outcomes and reduce errors.
- To provide education and training to staff members on best practices in neonatal care.
- To collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
Requirements:
- A degree in nursing or a related field.
- Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
- Extensive experience in neonatal intensive care.
- Proven leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
