Director of Sales Expansion

Spotify is seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our Emerging & Scaled business team in Northern Europe. As Director of Sales Expansion, you will be responsible for developing and executing a growth strategy that drives revenue growth, expands our customer base, and increases market share.
You will lead a team of skilled Sellers, providing guidance, support, and resources to help them achieve their sales targets. You will also build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and agency partners, ensuring their needs are met and they are satisfied with our services.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with business objectives
- Leading and managing a high-performing sales team, providing coaching, development, and feedback
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and agency partners
- Developing and implementing measurement strategies based on key performance indicators to drive success and demonstrate the value of our advertising solutions
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven sales professional with a proven track record of success in the digital media space. You should have excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build trust with C-level clients by understanding their business needs.
Estimated salary: £90,000 - £140,000 per year.
