US Retail Expansion Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced International Sales Director to drive our US retail expansion. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in scaling our US presence by managing existing relationships and unlocking new sales opportunities with key US-based retailers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and secure partnerships with additional US-based retailers to drive new business.
  • Manage and nurture existing accounts to ensure sustained growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee operational processes, including stock management, customs compliance, and logistics, to ensure seamless delivery into the US market.
  • Develop strategies to scale our operations and sales as the US footprint grows.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align on goals and facilitate smooth operations across departments.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in selling to US-based grocery retailers on the East Coast.
  • A strong understanding of the US retail landscape and customer requirements.
  • Experience managing operations, including stock, customs, and logistics for international sales.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for working with high-growth brands.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
