Job Title: International Sales Director

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced International Sales Director to drive our US retail expansion. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing existing relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and overseeing operational processes to ensure seamless delivery into the US market.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive new business and expand existing relationships with US-based retailers.
  2. Manage and nurture existing accounts to ensure sustained growth and customer satisfaction.
  3. Oversee operational processes, including stock management, customs compliance, and logistics, to ensure efficient delivery into the US market.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to align on goals and facilitate smooth operations across departments.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in selling to US-based grocery retailers on the East Coast.
  2. A strong understanding of the US retail landscape and customer requirements.
  3. Experience managing operations, including stock, customs, and logistics for international sales.
  4. Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for working with high-growth brands.
  5. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
