Role Overview:

We're seeking an experienced Sales Director to drive our US retail expansion. As a key member of our team, you'll play a pivotal role in scaling our US presence by managing existing relationships and unlocking new sales opportunities with key US-based retailers.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and secure partnerships with additional US-based retailers.
  2. Manage and nurture existing accounts to ensure sustained growth and customer satisfaction.
  3. Oversee operational processes, including stock management, customs compliance, and logistics, to ensure seamless delivery into the US market.
  4. Develop strategies to scale our operations and sales as our US footprint grows.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams to align on goals and facilitate smooth operations across departments.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in selling to US-based grocery retailers on the East Coast.
  2. A strong understanding of the US retail landscape and customer requirements.
  3. Experience managing operations, including stock, customs, and logistics for international sales.
  4. Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for working with high-growth brands.
  5. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
