International Sales Director

Role Overview:
We're seeking an experienced Sales Director to drive our US retail expansion. As a key member of our team, you'll play a pivotal role in scaling our US presence by managing existing relationships and unlocking new sales opportunities with key US-based retailers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and secure partnerships with additional US-based retailers.
- Manage and nurture existing accounts to ensure sustained growth and customer satisfaction.
- Oversee operational processes, including stock management, customs compliance, and logistics, to ensure seamless delivery into the US market.
- Develop strategies to scale our operations and sales as our US footprint grows.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align on goals and facilitate smooth operations across departments.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in selling to US-based grocery retailers on the East Coast.
- A strong understanding of the US retail landscape and customer requirements.
- Experience managing operations, including stock, customs, and logistics for international sales.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for working with high-growth brands.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
