International Sales Director

Randox Laboratories, a leading company in the development of new assays and technologies in toxicology, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As part of our Randox Toxicology division, you will be responsible for driving market expansion plans and delivering sales targets through effective distributor management.
This role involves developing and implementing market expansion strategies, negotiating with senior stakeholders, and managing a high-performing sales team. You will also be responsible for recruiting, training, and developing sales talent, as well as managing key accounts and accurately forecasting and delivering on sales revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement market expansion strategies to increase overall sales.
- Negotiate with senior stakeholders to implement growth strategies.
- Direct management of a sales team, including Sales Executives, Tele Sales, and Sales Support.
- Recruit, train, and develop sales talent to exceptional Sales/Business Development Executives and Team Leads.
- Manage key accounts and accurately forecast and deliver on sales revenue targets.
- Liaise with other internal departments, such as Logistics, Marketing, Finance, and QA.
- Attend industry-specific seminars and exhibitions as required.
- Regular travel to visit customers (25% travel).
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience, including 2-3 years managing commercial teams.
- Relevant industry experience is ideal but not essential.
- Proven track record of leading and growing commercial teams.
- Skilled in managing and coaching through the full sales cycle.
- Experience with recruitment and training sales talent.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Right to work in the UK.
