At Cognizant Technology Solutions, we are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Platforms Sales and Expansion Director to lead our EMEA Enterprise Platforms Partner Sales and Expansion initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in partner sales, business development, and partner management, with a strong understanding of the enterprise sales cycle and partner-driven sales models.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead partner-driven sales initiatives, collaborating with internal teams to execute strategic growth plans and set and achieve sales targets.
  • Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify trends, customer challenges, and growth opportunities within the enterprise platform space.
  • Serve as the central point of contact for partners and ensure they are fully supported throughout the sales process.
  • Monitor partner performance and KPIs, ensuring that all targets are met, and provide regular updates and forecasts to senior leadership.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree; MBA or advanced degree with several years of experience in Sales and Business Development.
  • Proven experience in partner sales, business development, or partner management, ideally within the enterprise platforms or software space.
  • Demonstrated success in building and managing relationships with senior stakeholders across large organizations.
  • Experience in leading expansion strategies in complex, multi-country regions such as EMEA.
