Role Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Young Adults Team as a Senior Social Worker, promoting personalisation, encouraging independence, choice, and opportunities for young people to develop their independence for adulthood. The role involves supporting Adults aged 18-25yrs with a diagnosed learning disability who have an EHC Plan, and occasional out-of-county travel may be required.

  • You will be part of a dynamic and supportive team that works together to improve the lives of young people with learning disabilities.
  • You will work closely with colleagues to promote personalisation, independence, and choice, and develop opportunities for young people to develop their skills and confidence.
  • You will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young adults with learning disabilities.
