Senior Disability Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Team Manager to lead our Disability Social Care 0-25 Service as a part-time role. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for overseeing the Disabled Children's Referral & Access Team, working closely with other teams, including the Children with Disabilities Team (0-18) and the Young Adults Team (18-25), as well as in-house providers, health professionals, and private organizations.
About You:
- You must be a qualified Social Worker with a Social Work England registration.
- Strong leadership skills are essential, with experience of supervising teams and managing risk.
- An understanding of SEND legislation and processes is required, along with knowledge of statutory requirements, safeguarding, and local procedures.
Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of approximately £43,000 - £51,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus excellent support and supervision. You will also have access to our wellbeing package, development opportunities, paid volunteering hours, and more.
Salary Information: Our base salary range is approximately £43,000 - £51,000 per annum, reflecting the cost of living in Cambridgeshire. This amount may be higher or lower, depending on your individual circumstances.
