Team Lead for Referral and Access Services

Our NHS organisation is seeking an experienced Team Lead to join our Referral and Access Services team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for leading a part-time team and ensuring the smooth delivery of services to disabled children and their families.
**Job Summary:**
- Lead a team of professionals to deliver high-quality services.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve service efficiency.
- Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
We are looking for a dynamic and confident individual with experience in team leadership, partnership working, and risk management. A thorough understanding of SEND is also necessary. Our salary for this position is £42,000 per annum, with additional benefits including flexible working arrangements, career development opportunities, and a range of employee rewards and recognition schemes.
